The project proposal ensures the functioning of the District Information Point - Ruse during the period 2024-2029, with the following activities: ensuring an effective working environment and working conditions for employees, including activities related to their functions in the mediation units and public consultation units to the regional development council; maintaining profiles in social networks with information about ESIF and ESMF; participation in coordination meetings to share experiences and lessons learned between the 27 DIPs and with other networks and organizations; providing information to interested parties and conducting public information events regarding the opportunities for funding by ESMF under the programs of the Partnership Agreement; conducting joint initiatives with NAMRB to ensure improved visibility and communication at the local and regional level; supporting a joint information campaign with the Managing Authority of the Regional Development Program and the Ministry of Energy regarding the Just Transition Fund; organizing events to publicize positive results achieved under the Partnership Agreement programs and recommendations from horizontal and program evaluations; collecting information on the degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the support provided by the managing authorities and other participants in the System, as a mechanism for tracking and improving the effectiveness of the support; ensuring transparency for the actions taken by the management and control bodies in the System regarding alerts/irregularities and fraud with ESIF and ESMF funds through regular publication of information; dissemination of information and good practices regarding the European Green Deal, the new EU cohesion policy, etc.; development and dissemination of information materials; other activities, in accordance with the Network's work procedures, ensuring the publicity of the Network in terms of its goals, priorities and achieved results.
