The project proposal “Technical support for the implementation of Integrated Territorial Investments in the Municipality of Silistra" has the goal to ensure the necessary expert assistance and resources for implementation and applying of the approach “ITI”. The project focused over the applying of the modern models and technics for managing of the potential of the employees and creating environment with built capacity in the process of preparation of CITI and preparation and fulfillment of project proposals according to Priority 2 under OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME REGIONS IN GROWTH 2021-2027. The main activity in the project is pointed to increasing the qualification of the employees in the administration for identification of appropriate for funding projects with the relevant approved from EC national program and strategic documents for the period 2021-2027. The eligible actions in the project proposal include consultation and collaboration by developing of project ideas and integrated project proposals, preparation and conducting of working meetings and informative events for municipal employees, representatives of the local business, non-governmental organizations and civil structures, support and developing of partnerships and coordination between the participants in the territorial planning and ensuring of technical and expert assistance to comply the requirements and the procedures, connected with the implementation of ITI. The implementation of the project will present a necessary view of the opportunities for including of additional project ideas at the territory of the Municipality and populated areas, which are identified to be funded from the approved programs and relevant to the measures, included in the Integrated Development Plan of the Municipality and activities by keeping the principle “bottom-up”.
