The project proposal is aimed at ensuring the functioning of DIP-Silistra as part of the Network of 27 District Information Points by providing an effective working environment and working conditions for experts for the period 2024-2029, which will guarantee access at the regional level to all up-to-date information on funding opportunities, as well as the results achieved in implementing the EU Cohesion Policy at district, regional and national level. The provision of services for all interested parties on the provision of information and/or guidelines for the use of such information on the EU Cohesion Policy, Partnership Agreement, the scope of programs co-financed by ESMF, the mechanisms of functioning, implementation and management of funding from ESMF, specific legislation in this area, assistance in working with the electronic application system, etc., as well as participation in the process of implementing an integrated territorial approach in Bulgaria and the implementation of integrated territorial investments. The services provided by the DIP-Silistra are in accordance with the Procedural Manual for the work of the Network of 27 DIPs and the Branding and Vision Concept, and the functions of the Center as part of the expert units of the Regional development council of the North central region - according to the approved Procedural Rules of the regional development tips. The project will provide an effective working environment and working conditions for 3 experts; 60 events, campaigns and initiatives will be organized and held, incl. media work; page in social media will be developed and maintained and updated information about funding opportunities and achieved results will be published (300,000 impressions). The implementation of the project will build on the achieved results of the work of the DIP to date and will contribute to the achievement of the specific objectives of the procedure and Priority I of the "Technical Assistance" Program.
