"Zora" is a neighborhood of the city of Stara Zagora, located in the easternmost part of the city south of the Stara Zagora - Burgas road (E 773). The neighborhood's altitude is 175–180 m. The neighborhood has mixed construction: houses, panel and brick blocks. There is a primary school of the same name and 33 Kindergarten Lyulyak. It is located about 6 km from the city center. The population of the neighborhood is 3,386 people (3.36%) of the population of the city of Stara Zagora. The activities envisaged in the project proposal are: Measure 1 - Reconstruction, development and improvement of the physical environment and inter-block spaces in the "Zora" district Measure 2 - Construction of video surveillance in the "Zora" district, the city of Stara Zagora Measure 3 - Construction of two fast charging stations for charging electric cars The activities to improve the "Zora" quarter and inter-block spaces will increase the quality of the urban environment, improve public spaces and the quality of infrastructure. Video surveillance is planned, which will guarantee security and prevention against vandalism. The development of the "Zora" quarter has the potential to attract young people and families who live in other settlements in the country and create prerequisites for their motivation to stay in the city and purchase properties in the neighborhood.
