The project proposal aims to contribute to the achievement of the main objective of the procedure, namely: promoting a positive attitude towards diversity in all areas of human life by improving intercultural communication for learning in a multicultural educational environment. The project is in implementation of the Municipal Plan for Roma Integration 2024-2027 and is related to the main strategic goals of state policies regarding marginalized groups - measures to increase the health culture, inclusive education, overcoming their isolation through active social behavior and showing tolerance on the part of civil society, thus directly corresponding with the priorities of the "Education" Program 2021-2027. The planned activities are: 1. Working with children and students to implement intercultural education - Hobbies - Thematic meetings and talks - Outsourced activities in museums - Interscholastic activities (SAC) - Educational excursions 2.Training of pedagogical specialists for acquisition, development and application of competences for democratic culture within intercultural education c multicultural environment. 3.Support for intensive work to build a community of active parents: short trainings for parents related to their children's education and motivation for active participation in intercultural education activities, including through the participation of educational mediators. 4.Carrying out information campaigns aimed at preventing discrimination based on race, ethnic origin or religious affiliation. The project is in line with the main policy vision of the Sungurlare municipality.
