The "Competent Administration - Quality Services" project has set itself the main goal of supporting the reform in the system of social services offered and facilitating the transition to the new mechanisms at the local level by developing and strengthening the capacity of the Sungurlare municipality. The planned activities include research and subsequent analysis of satisfaction with the currently offered social services, people's expectations for opening/expanding/changing existing services and creating new ones. New employees will be trained, the level of qualification of available employees in municipal structures providing social support of various types will be increased. The creation of a front office in Sungurlare municipality will be supported through team training and ongoing renovation of the building stock. Training will be held for the teams managing social services to develop programs to increase the quality of social services. The project will be completed within 18 months and is worth BGN 52,547.00.
