The current project is aimed at providing support to the officials involved in the implementation of the powers them under the Social Services Act (SSA), the Persons with Disabled Act (PDA) and the Personal Assistance Act (PAA) with the aim of proving more effective, efficient and quality care to persons from the most vulnerable population groups of Tutrakan Municipality. Guaranteeing equal access to social services meeting the individual needs of individuals, as well as the right of each person to support for living in a home environment and in community and promoting and integrated approach in providing support to individuals. Tutrakan Municipality is a provider of the social services „Personal Assistance“ and „Assistant Support“ under the Social Services Act and the Personal Assistance Act. The municipality does not have the necessary capacity and it is not possible to fulfill all obligations and responsibilities in full. In this regard, the project envisages hiring, training and supervision of the personnel necessary to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of the municipalities under the PAA/PDA, as well as under the SSA in the part related to the referral by the municipalities for use of social serices. Two new employees will be hired for the project.The training and supervision activities will include current employees of the Tutrakan Municipality, who participate in the implementation of their powers under the Social Services Act (SSA), the Disabled Persons Act (PDA) and the Personal Assistance Act (PAA).
