Support for sustainable energy renovation of a multi-family residential building with administrative address: Haskovo, "Orpheus" 1

The project "Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential building with administrative address: Haskovo, "Orpheus" 1” is aimed at the achievement of local policies for the implementation of a sustainable model of management of the stock of buildings on the territory of the city of Haskovo, including tackling energy poverty. The project fully correspondent to the main objective of BG16FFPR003-4.001 Procedure and will be implemented by a set of energy efficiency measures (EEM) aimed at providing support to energy-vulnerable and energy-poor households. The building which is object of intervention is private property therefore a Partnership Agreement was concluded between the Haskovo Municipality and the Association of Owners, registered in accordance with Art. 25 (1) of the Condominium Ownership Management Act. The project envisages the implementation of activities for the design and realization of Construction and assembly works (CAW) , including EEM prescribed as mandatory for the building at the energy efficiency survey, accompanying CAW related to the implementation of EEM and the corresponding restoration of the common parts of the building as a result of the implemented energy-saving measures. Also CAW, which derive from regulatory requirements related to the safe operation of buildings and are prescribed as mandatory in the technical passport of the building, construction of an accessible environment and CAW, which are legally necessary for putting the building into operation. After implementation of the foreseen measures, the multi-family building will achieve energy consumption class “A”. The project proposal also includes activities to ensure quality project management, incl. information and communication activities. The planned activities accorded with the principle of "do no significant harm", Art.17 of the Taxonomy Regulation. During the implementation of the project, the horizontal policies of the EU will be observed.
