This project builds on the "Hot lunch during the COVID-19 pandemic" program, which was implemented until 09/30/22.Activities include defining target groups, preparing a hot lunch, providing a hot lunch, as well as providing accompanying measures.The target groups will be:Individuals and families with no income or with low income, families of elderly pensioners and pensioners living alone who are on low income, cannot support themselves on this income and their property and do not receive support from their relatives;Persons subject to social assistance, including from the group of persons under Art.4, para.1 of the regulation, who are unable to meet their basic life needs and for whom a need for additional support has been established;People on low incomes who, due to existing disabilities or health limitations, find it difficult or impossible to care for themselves, including single people with permanent disabilities with low personal income from a pension, for whom there is no suitable candidate for a personal assistance mechanism assistant.The determination of the target groups will be carried out by a Commission formed by Order, after confirmation by D "CA"-Shumen of belonging to the target groups.Consumers will be provided with accompanying measures.The preparation and provision of the hot lunch will be carried out by a contractor "Chernev" EOOD, with whom there is a contract for direct award No.25-01-400/25.10.22 with a term of 31.12.22,which will serve users from the target groups until the procedure for selecting a contractor.Contract No.25-01-463/20.12.22 was concluded with the same contractor and expires on 31.01.23.After a public procurement, contract No.e-ZOP2022-0077-02/27.01.23 was concluded with the company "Chernev" EOOD with a deadline of 30.09.25.On 02.09.2025, an Additional Agreement was concluded with the Contractor to extend the term of the contract until 31.01.2026.
