The present project will ensure the continuity of the activities of OIC - Shumen for the period 2024-2029, as part of an effective national network of regional information centers in Bulgaria, promoting ESIF and EFSM. The project implementation plan envisages one main activity: " Ensuring the effective functioning of the DIP- Shumen for the period 2024 - 2029", which will be performed by 3 employees: manager, expert KIL and expert IOU. Within the framework of the project, the following activities will be carried out: Creation, development, promotion and maintenance of a Facebook profile for the purpose of availability of information about ESIF and EFSM; Participation in coordination meetings to share experience, both between the 27 DIPs and between other networks; One-stop service for providing information to the interested parties regarding the possibilities for funding from the EFSU under the programs of the SA; Conducting public information events in a present or remote form at the local regional level; Carrying out joint initiatives with NSORB; Supporting the joint information campaign of the Managing Board of the "Development of the Regions" Program and the Ministry of Energy to present the opportunities for providing support from the Just Transition Fund; Organization of events to promote positive results achieved under the SA programs; Collecting information on the degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the support provided by the managing authorities; Ensuring transparency for the actions taken by the management and control bodies in the System regarding alerts/irregularities and fraud with ESIF and EFSM funds; Distribution of inf. and good practices on EU policies; Development and dissemination of information. m-li; Fulfilling the duties related to the functions of DIP-Shumen as part of the mediation unit and the public consultation unit of the Northeast Regional Development Council.
