The project proposal is aimed at providing an attractive working, healthy, safe and sustainable environment in "Raster-YUG" OOD, taking into account the specific needs and benefits for the development of employees in the context of the transition to the green economy in a Low Green Pact. In order to achieve this, the project envisages two activities - the introduction of "green" models of the organization of work processes, which are related to increasing resource efficiency and reducing the impact on the environment, and an activity to provide collective protective equipment (for protective trench systems) by purchasing a Double Rail Trench Reinforcement System. This will ensure complex integrated measures aimed at improved protection of the health of workers in the production units of the enterprise and reduced risk of occupational accidents, adapted working environment to their professional needs. Raster-Yug Ltd. constantly researches and identifies the needs and problems of its employees in order to ensure quality jobs and their adaptation to changes in the working environment. The planned activities in the current project proposal are a consequence of researched and identified needs and problems of the employed persons, as well as as a result of the risks identified in the Risk Assessment. The implementation of the project activities will lead to the achievement of the following results: - Introduced environmentally friendly models of organization of work processes and workplaces; - Provided international and effective means of collective protection. In the implementation of all activities and acc. Art. 9 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, the horizontal principles of gender equality, ensuring inclusion in the labor market and non-discrimination will be observed. Funding of activities related to discrimination, racial prejudice, bias and hate speech will not be allowed.
