The overall goal of the project is to create a favorable environment and tools for adapting human resource management policies and industrial relations to changes in the labor market resulting from digitization, the transition to climate neutrality, and the worsening demographic situation in Bulgaria. Specific objectives: - Through social partnership tools, to support enterprises and employed persons in the process of adapting to changes in the labor market as a result of demographic changes. - Increasing the administrative capacity of the social partners in the BIA network to participate in the social dialogue. - To support enterprises in the use of systems for skills intelligence and introducing policies for knowledge management and lifelong learning. To achieve the goals, tools and models will be developed, including methodology for audit and analysis of age diversity; innovative corporate models and manuals for managing age diversity, change and transition; tools for diagnosis and assessment of factors, processes, and skills in the management of age diversity and generational differences in enterprises; sectoral and company tools, models and programs for managing workplace stress and preventing burnout; tools for adapting enterprises and employees to the changes resulting from the digitalization of business processes and the associated increased risks in the field of information security. To increase the administrative capacity of the social partners in the BIA network for participation in the social dialogue, a program for increasing the capacity of the organizations will be implemented, according to their needs. The project will also create a pilot system for forecasting new skills, as well as new training programs for the needs of management teams of knowledge and skills for the organization of business processes in the context of the circular economy and the green transition.
