The project aims to promote social dialogue and collective bargaining, through support for joint activities to conduct and reach agreements on issues aimed at the development of tripartite and bilateral social dialogue and KTD at the national, regional, sectoral (branch/branch), municipal level and enterprise level. By carrying out the activities, we aim to develop tools and policies, to prepare and carry out reforms to better adapt workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to changes by strengthening and strengthening the social dialogue, in accordance with the subject areas of the EU Directive on Adequate HSE and promotion of collective bargaining: (1) increasing the coverage of workers and employees with KTD, by developing bilateral sectoral agreements and signing new KTD in enterprises, (2) unprotected forms of work and organization of work and work processes, and (3) introduction of new processes for safe and healthy working conditions. Through the project, we will achieve the inclusion of at least 4,500 employed persons, 400 large, small and medium-sized enterprises, we will prepare over 90 proposals/recommendations, contributing to the development of KTD and social partnership, through new forms of cooperation at the bilateral and tripartite level, new topics ( artificial intelligence, inequality between men and women in pay, HRD by sector, prevention of violence and burn-out, etc.). All nationally representative business organizations (BICA, BIA, BCCI, CEIB and UPEE) and MLSP are partners in the implementation of the project.
