The 'Support for Partnership' Project is focused on the consequences of Digitization, Green Transition and Crises (including Pandemics), which introduce unprecedented challenges to the Labor Market and the organization of the working environment. It includes a wide range of measures aimed at creating guidelines and tools to strengthen the capacity of the Social Partners to master change and deal with the negative consequences of crises in three directions: updating and adapting to modern conditions of Collective Bargaining; strengthen the capacity to deal with Individual and Collective Crises and eliminating their consequences; and creating conditions for Lifelong Learning aimed at anticipating change and transfer of knowledge for proactive performance on the Labor Market. In each of the directions, the creation of innovative models, tools and strategies for transformation in the spirit of the changing conditions and needs of tomorrow is envisaged.
