The main idea of the current project proposal aims to ensure sustainable working conditions and increase the quality of jobs in "Technical Components Bulgaria" EOOD, by improving the health and safety of working conditions and applying "green" models of work organization processes and workplaces, in view of the need to meet the challenges facing the enterprise and the employed persons, related to the implementation of the transition to a climate neutral economy. The target group of the project includes all employed persons in the enterprise, a total of 193 people. Within the framework of the project, the following activities are planned for implementation, which are fully tailored to the identified needs and problems of the target group: 1) Development and implementation of "green" models of work organization, according to the specifics of the specific workplaces in the enterprise; 2) Ensuring prevention and prevention of "burnout" in the workplace and "effects of the COVID pandemic on the mental health" of employees; 3) Provision of collective protective measures related to improving working conditions; 4) Provision of social benefits for the employees of the enterprise, incl. equipment of places for recreation, dining and rest. The expected positive results and effects of the implementation of the project proposal will contribute to achieving the specific goals of the project: - Adaptation of the enterprise and workplaces to the challenges of making the transition to a climate-neutral economy and changing patterns on work; - Improving working conditions and ensuring a healthy and safe working environment. The implementation of the specific goals will contribute to the achievement of the main goal of the project: Ensuring sustainable working conditions and improving the quality of workplaces in "Technical Components Bulgaria" EOOD.
