The project envisages providing an adapted working environment for the employees of TRILENIUM Ltd., satisfying their need of preventing health risks and work accidents, protection against occupational illnesses, maintaining health throughout their working life, acquiring knowledge and skills for implementing environmentally friendly company culture. The target group of the project is the 112 employees of the company. The project aims to improve the quality of the various work positions at TRILENIUM Ltd. by providing a healthy and safe working environment, introducing "green models for applying the principles of a climate-neutral economy and promoting social innovation in the company." Project activities will lead to sustainable working conditions and adaptation of the working environment to the modern challenges of safety, sustainable economy and fair work. As a result of the implementation of the project, the working environment at TRILENIUM Ltd. will be adapted for the transition to a climate-neutral economy, work safety will be improved and modern models of work process organization will be applied, which in turn will improve the quality of the workplace, the applied standards for health and safety working conditions and will reflect positively on the achievement of sustainable working conditions. Main project activities: 1. Development and implementation of "green" models of work organization according to the specifics of the different job positions in the companies.
