The proposal focuses on the rehabilitation of the Cine-Teatro de Elvas, which has several non-conformities, according to IGAC inspection, thus making this public building of reference in Elvas, more inclusive and accessible, thus enhancing energy efficiency and the attraction of population to this urban center.
