The application aims to strengthen the capacity of Caritas Diocesan of Beja in the management of volunteering, creating a post of Volunteer Manager and an administrative and developing the Volunteer Management Program (PGV). The project boosts networks, empowers 100 volunteers/year and impacts 1510 people. It promotes inclusion, social cohesion and employability, aligned with the Alentejo 2030 Programme, ensuring greater efficiency and community impact.
