This operation is intended for the creation of the Business Reception Area of Gomes Aires, in the municipality of Almodôvar, in compliance with what is regulated by the Detailed Plan (PPAAEGA) published in Diário da República (Notice No 8901/2022), and which comprises an area of 5.97 hectares.
