Currently, the storage capacity of the Sesmarias Reservoir is 600m3 of water, causing that when there is a rupture in the main supply duct, the area served by this is affected with water cuts. In this sense, there is the requalification of the reservoir that will increase the capacity to 6680m3. Thus, even if a rupture occurs, the population will continue to be served for at least 24 hours, avoiding prolonged cuts.
