The proposed rehabilitation has as guiding principle the maintenance of the authenticity of the property, respecting the original materials, techniques and construction elements, while introducing improvements to ensure its functionality. The proposed interventions comply with the criteria defined for financing, in particular as regards energy efficiency, social inclusion and the conservation of the built heritage.
