The project + Qualification CMA consists in strengthening the institutional capacity of the Municipality of Albufeira through the development of human resources skills aiming at efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of the services inherent to the digital and climate transition, the development of modernization and administrative innovation projects, training for the processes of decentralization of skills and training for management.
