Amy-WARN is an innovative project focused on creating a tool to predict the occurrence of outbreaks of the parasite A. ocellatum in fish produced in aquaculture. Using the knowledge of the life cycle of the parasite combined with environmental monitoring, a predictive tool will be created, whose objective is to predict outbreaks caused by A. ocellatum in an operational context and guide prevention strategies in aquaculture.
