This application from the Municipality of Viseu, entitled ‘Creation of the Business Reception Area of Lordosa – Viseu (2nd phase under Article 118a of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 (PT2020)’, which aims to allow the completion of this project, the 1st phase of which was approved in the context of the PT2020, addresses a clear market failure in the region, given the scarcity of soil supply for the installation of businesses and high demand.
