The application aims to rehabilitate the ‘Villa Portela’ complex, considered one of the most emblematic local historic buildings (classified as a Monument of Municipal Interest) with the aim of adapting and reconverting it to accommodate a new public cultural facility, namely a Contemporary Art Centre.
