The operation includes the rehabilitation of the old facilities of the SMAS aiming at the creation in Torres Vedras of a Health Higher Education Center of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, for about 300 students. The project contributes to the regeneration of the urban and built fabric and seeks to respond to the formative needs of the region and its potential, comprising CTeSP, undergraduate and master's degrees. The eligible investment is €4,061,818,46 with VAT.
