This application aims to strengthen governance in risk management at inter-municipal level through articulation and cooperation with municipalities and the National Authority for Emergency and Civil Protection, as well as by strengthening the capacity of the Coimbra Region in terms of means and resources to deal with situations of serious accident/disaster that exceed the response capacity of the local level.
