With this application, it is intended to enhance the provision of aid to the population at risk of social and/or housing exclusion, particularly in situations of homelessness. Through a participatory methodology, we propose to implement local strategies for active inclusion, implementing policies for the integration of people experiencing homelessness and combating poverty.
