Pediatric sarcomas (PS) are a clinical challenge due to non-specific symptoms and lack of biomarkers. SweetChild will use a multiomic approach to characterize glycosylation patterns in the most prevalent PS subtypes and unravel their role in tumor development. We will identify clinically relevant molecular glycosignatures, while opening doors to new, personalized and effective therapies.
