Triple-negative breast cancer is more radioresistant than other cancers, with unknown actors. Our hypothesis is that exosomes constitute a radioresistance signature and a predictive response factor to radiotherapy. The molecular profile of immune-spheroid exosomes and clinical samples will reveal this signature. E-MAGIC will substantiate exosomes as biomarkers and identify targets for therapeutic intervention.
