Chronic Infections in Wounds (ICF) are a serious health problem that affects millions of people worldwide and results in poor quality of life, hospitalization, amputation and even premature death. One of the great challenges in the treatment of ICF is the formation of bacterial biofilm. The MAGIC project will be implemented to develop a dressing capable of degrading mature biofilms into ICF.
