WiSe aims to address the challenges associated with IBD in a sustainable way, valuing an unused by-product of the wine industry: Sediments of wine aged in barrels. WiSe aims to use the polyphenols of this matrix by exploring stabilization and delivery approaches to formulate effective dietary supplements. WiSe will be an innovative solution for the management of IBD through industrial valorization, capitalizing on its multidisciplinary and experienced team.
