Research into alternative antifouling technologies using bioinspiration is a promising approach. The ECOAT project relies on the multidisciplinary expertise of the team for the valorization of marine natural strategies, for innovation in new technologies of antifouling materials, effective and more sustainable, providing benefits for maritime industries, the environment, the economy and society.
