Development of cork oak seedlings with greater vitality associated with the function of mycorrhizal fungi (FM) and aquaporins: promoting the conservation of the important socio-economic ecosystem of the montado The project aims at an innovative strategy for the conservation of the montado through the understanding of the interactions between aquaporins (AQPs) of the cork oak and mycorrhizal fungi (MF). Identifying key AQPs in the cork oak-MF during stress and characterizing them in yeasts will guide nurseries in the production of resilient seedlings. The skills in Molecular Biology, Physiology and Biophysics of cork oak/yeast and in mycorrhizae allow a comprehensive view.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
