The BRIDGE project aims to investigate obesity management practices in primary health care and apply interventions co-created with and for people with obesity, health professionals and the community. It aims to integrate their visions and experiences through a multidisciplinary and participatory approach. It will thus contribute to improving equitable access to obesity care, promoting health and longevity.
