The ViTex project aims to address the environmental and economic challenges associated with the management of wine waste, with a particular focus on pruning firewood. This innovative project seeks to transform such waste into high value-added products such as geotextile blankets, biodegradable protective tubes, biodegradable yarn, biostimulants and biochar, promoting sustainability and the circular economy.
