This project aims to find new therapeutic targets and biomarkers for motor neuron diseases, translating previous discoveries in Drosophila, which identify shared molecular networks in different disease genetic contexts, into relevant human models, including patient-derived cells. The results will contribute to finding new care options for these devastating and intractable diseases.
