Considering the relevance of antimicrobial resistance in global health, INFECTIVE will contribute to the understanding and control of the spread of resistant phenotypes, evaluating the genotypic mechanisms linked to the development of persistent and heteroresistant strains, analyzing their clinical relevance and environmental dynamics, and developing advanced diagnostic methods for direct use in the hospital environment, from a One Health perspective.
