Through a multi-disciplinary approach combining Stem Cell Engineering, Microfluidic and Hematology, BIOaptAA focuses on the development of an innovative device of cellular co-culture with microfluidic for disease modelling and pharmacological study in AA, a rare and severe haematological disease, seeking to reveal key pathophysiological mechanisms and contribute to the advancement of personalized medicine and targeted therapeutics.
