The SENCY project focuses on the Portuguese Independent Kitchens (IKs), collecting real consumption data and characterizing the sector through research. It seeks to extract value from this data with data-driven methods, exploiting the potential of IKs for renewable energy and electricity markets. It aims to develop strategies and involve stakeholders to improve energy efficiency and market participation.
