Cell farming presents new, more sustainable and ethical food production processes, responding to the demands of a growing population on a planet threatened by climate change. MACK4ALL aims at the large-scale production of mackerel muscle cells in bioreactors, combining biotechnology of animal and plant cells with machine learning, a multidisciplinary effort towards the production of cell cultured fish.
