The 2nd phase of the Green and Blue Axis consists of an ecological corridor that will continue the 1st phase, built between the mouth of the Jamor River and the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora da Conceição da Rocha, in Carnaxide. Over a length of 2.6 km, this phase will connect the Sanctuary to the village of Valejas, in the parish of Barcarena. It is estimated that the work will start in 2025 and end in the 1st quarter of 2027.
