The project aims to contribute to the strengthening and stabilisation of a more environmentally sustainable scenario, with a direct contribution to increasing the quality of the city’s urban environment, by creating new public space and introducing new forms of sustainable urban mobility, through a new pedestrian and cycle path, through a naturalised upper passage over one of the busiest avenues of Lisbon-Av. Admiral Gago Coutinho.
