The Metropolitan Plan for Sustainable Urban Mobility (PMMUS) of the Lisbon metropolitan area is a complex planning exercise for sustainable mobility. It aims to identify problems and needs and propose measures to improve the mobility of citizens, in a participatory process. Phases: Characterization and Diagnosis; Strategic Vision; Programme of Measures; Implementation Programme. It is subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment.
