The operation aims to provide the sub-regional territory with appropriate public policy instruments to support decision-making and response in the context of climate change, deepening knowledge in this area, defining the common climate policy for the Lands of Trás-os-Montes and communicating, raising awareness and mobilising the target audiences for implementation.
