The project focuses on the development of functional meals with products native to the Northern region of Portugal, capable of providing health benefits and at a fair cost. It aims to develop sustainable and long-lasting strategies for agricultural ecosystems, making them more resilient. It is intended to stimulate healthy lifestyles, using an intelligent and sustainable system that promotes the safe practice of green exercise.
