With this project, we will proceed to the integral requalification and landscape reconversion of a significant undeveloped industrial area of the county. The operation Requalification of Monte da Pedreira-Fiães is focused on the creation of a qualified local urban park that materializes in a sports and leisure center with playgrounds, a renovated playground and extensive green areas, with a strong focus on sustainability and universal accessibility.
