The PIPSE TTM will continue the previous PIICIE, combating the shortcomings that, despite the advances recorded in recent years, persist in this territory, through actions to strengthen and qualify the learning of students in situation or risk of educational failure and / or school dropout, and the consolidation of the articulation and networking between the actors with responsibilities in the educational system of this territory.
