The operation aims to empower workers in public functions of the municipalities of the CIM-TTM, those assigned to the CIM-TTM itself and associations of municipalities (AMTQT and AMTFNT), through a training plan aligned with administrative modernization, digital and climate transition and the processes of decentralization and deconcentration of competences from central to local administration.
