The CarbonTech project aims to develop a portable and smart pyrolysis furnace to transform agroforestry waste into biochar and activated carbon. This project promotes circular economy and sustainability, contributing to carbon neutrality. Led by JBNC Innovation & Consulting and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, the project combines advanced AI and digital twin technologies to optimize the pyrolysis process.
